A newly published document seeks to identify some of the Joint Africa-EU Strategy's key deliverables, which have so far been achieved in the context and timeframe of the Second Action Plan for 2011-2013.  

This key deliverables document is to be seen as a mid-term photograph of the joint implementation of the Second Action Plan. The Action Plan was adopted at the third Africa-EU Summit held in Tripoli in November 2010, and seeks to translate the Summit's political and policy commitments into concrete action.
