Africa-EU Civil Society Forum takes place in Tunis

The Africa-EU Civil Society Forum, a gathering of African and European Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), took place on 11-13 July in Tunis. This Forum, the third of  its kind, was organised in the framework of the Joint Africa-EU Strategy (JAES), and supported by the African Union’s Citizens and Diaspora Directorate (AU/CIDO) and the European Union (EU). The forum brought together civil society organizations from both continents to discuss future priorities in light of external challenges and opportunities at global and regional levels.

Le Forum de la société civile Afrique-UE, qui réunit des organisations des sociétés civiles (OSC) africaines et européennes, s'est tenu du 11 au 13 juillet à Tunis. Organisé pour la troisième fois, le Forum s'est inscrit dans le cadre de la Stratégie conjointe Afrique-UE (JAES) et a bénéficié du soutien de la Direction des citoyens africains et de la diaspora de l'Union africaine (UA/CIDO) et de l'Union européenne (UE).

Organisation d'une conférence du réseau GFG consacrée aux flux financiers illicites au Cameroun

Le réseau Bonne gouvernance financière (GFG) en Afrique a organisé du 24 au 26 mai à Yaoundé, au Cameroun, une conférence consacrée aux flux financiers illicites. Cet événement a accueilli 250 délégués de 42 pays et représentant plusieurs organisations, notamment l'Union africaine, Global Financial Integrity, l'OCDE, Tax Justice Network, le NEPAD, Action Aid, et l'ARINSA.

Good Financial Governance conference held in Cameroon on Illicit Financial Flows

Between the 24th and the 26th of May the Good Financial Governance (GFC) conference on Illicit Financial Flows (IFF) was held in Yaoundé, Cameroon. The event saw the attendance of 250 delegates coming from 42 countries and representing several organizations, including the African Union, Global Financial Integrity, OECD, Tax Justice Network, NEPAD, Action Aid, and ARINSA.
